Refund policy

At Swadarj (a brand by Sayarsh Global LLP), every pack is freshly milled to order.
Since our products are perishable food items, we follow a fair and transparent return and refund policy to ensure both freshness and customer satisfaction.

Non-Returnable Items

Freshly milled products (including atta, jowar, bajra, and multigrain flours) cannot be returned once delivered, except in the following cases:

  • The product is damaged, spoiled, or contaminated upon delivery.

  • A wrong item was delivered.

All claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Reporting a Concern

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please reach out within 24 hours by:

  • Emailing us at support@swadarj.com, or

  • Sending us a message on WhatsApp

Include the following details:

  • Your Order Number

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

  • A short description of the issue

Replacement & Refunds

After verification of your claim:

  • A replacement pack will be freshly milled and shipped to you, or

  • A refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Note: Refunds or replacements are not eligible if the product is partially used or handled improperly after delivery.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placement.

  • Once the milling process begins, cancellations are not accepted.

  • If the delivery is delayed due to courier or logistics issues, Swadarj will make every effort to ensure prompt resolution but shall not be held responsible for third-party delays.
