Refund policy
At Swadarj (a brand by Sayarsh Global LLP), every pack is freshly milled to order.
Since our products are perishable food items, we follow a fair and transparent return and refund policy to ensure both freshness and customer satisfaction.
Non-Returnable Items
Freshly milled products (including atta, jowar, bajra, and multigrain flours) cannot be returned once delivered, except in the following cases:

The product is damaged, spoiled, or contaminated upon delivery.

A wrong item was delivered.
All claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Reporting a Concern
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please reach out within 24 hours by:

Sending us a message on WhatsApp
Include the following details:

Your Order Number
-
Clear photos of the product and packaging

A short description of the issue
Replacement & Refunds
After verification of your claim:

A replacement pack will be freshly milled and shipped to you, or
-
A refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Note: Refunds or replacements are not eligible if the product is partially used or handled improperly after delivery.
Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placement.

Once the milling process begins, cancellations are not accepted.

If the delivery is delayed due to courier or logistics issues, Swadarj will make every effort to ensure prompt resolution but shall not be held responsible for third-party delays.
