The name Swadarj blends two Marathi words, “Swad” (taste) and “Arj” (essence) - symbolising the art of crafting authentic flavour and nourishment in every grain. Together, they embody our philosophy: to celebrate the true essence of taste, pure, natural, and deeply rooted in Indian tradition.
